Throughout each stage—design, development, and production—our clients are actively engaged. We share detailed sketches, scaled CAD drawings, hand-beaded samples, and photographic updates, ensuring transparency and involvement at every step.

Our design process begins with in-depth consultations, tailored to fully understand each client's unique requirements. These meetings can be held online to accommodate international clients, while in-person consultations are available upon request, depending on location.

Once the vision is clear, we move into the design phase. Throughout this stage, we keep our clients intimately involved, sharing detailed sketches, precision-scaled CAD drawings, and hand-beaded samples to ensure every element aligns with their expectations.

After the design is finalised and approved, we proceed to production. Clients are kept informed of every milestone, with regular progress updates, ensuring complete transparency. Upon completion, each piece is meticulously shipped according to the client's specifications, delivering a flawless experience from concept to creation.

Each piece is meticulously handcrafted in our studio in Johannesburg, South Africa, where our artisans bring your vision to life with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

We work with the finest materials, including Czech glass beads, Austrian crystals, wire, and laser-cut stainless steel, all complemented by custom-made supports crafted from sustainably sourced wood. Each material is carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and durability, bringing elegance and longevity to every piece.

Our typical design and manufacturing timeline ranges from 14 to 16 weeks, depending on the scale of the commission and the number of pieces in production. Please note that this timeline does not include shipping.

Each piece is priced individually based on the complexity of the design, the materials used, and the level of craftsmanship required. Since all our creations are bespoke, tailored to each client’s specifications, we provide a detailed quote after understanding the scope of the project. This ensures transparency and accuracy in aligning with your vision and requirements.
